When will my order ship?

ALL orders require processing time. None of our items are mass produced. Each apparel item is made to order.

Bleached and custom items require a minimum of 14 business days for processing plus an additional 3-5 days for shipping.

Allow 7-14 business days for all other items. We strive to ship items ahead of schedule, but use this as a general timeframe.

Business days do not include weekends and holidays.

What type of shirts do you use?

We typically use Gildan and Jerzees for our vinyl and screen transfers. We also use vendors that specialize in shirts required for ink transfer. They are soft style shirts and fit similar to Bella Canvas. Some of our tee listings give you the option to choose Bella Canvas. We choose the best shirt for the type of transfer used to give you the best quality product.

What is the difference between heat transfer vinyl, ink transfer, and screen print?

Heat Transfer Vinyl

Heat Transfer Vinyl is a specialty vinyl material that is used to decorate or personalize T-shirts, garments, and other fabric items. HTV contains a heat-activated adhesive backing, which allows the vinyl to transfer to your garment when heat pressed with sufficient time, temperature, and pressure.

Ink Transfer

Ink transfer is process of transferring dye to a fabric using heat. The images and graphics are printed on a special substrate, placed on the garment, and heat is applied, allowing the ink to become part of the fabric. This will leave you with a more breathable, soft-hand feel to the fabric.

Screen Print

Screen printed transfers are also heat applied transfers for apparel like t-shirts, hoodies, bags, and more. Instead of the vinyl material, this transfer type uses plastisol inks, the same as direct screen printing.
